Moving of WikiTeam Documentation from Help Docs to Team Docs

Thanks for taking the initiative on this. However, I've moved the
pages around a bit more, so that they follow the scheme outlined here:

In particular all the WikiTeam pages are sub-pages of the
DocumentationTeam page. I think it's very important that the
documentation team pages are together and clearly show the different
types of work the team does. For that reason too I've used the same
menubar for wikiteam pages and system documentation pages.

(Having said that, we probably should develop little sub-menubars
which distinguish the pages too.)
