{Discussion} Renaming or reallocating CategoryDevelopment

I do agree that the Wiki Guide should remain where it is, but I think 
that "CategoryDevelopment" is a little confusing.

I would like to recommend that these articles be moved under the 
WikiGuide and under a different Category Name.  Something like 
"CategoryWikiEditing", or and actual "CategoryWikiGuide".

Also, I see that the BeginnersTeam has articles under this category as 
well.  Again, part of me thinks this could lead to "some" confusion and 
would welcome recommendations/suggestions.
