accessibility source files

Hello,

After taking a look through the Accessibility information under Help and 
Support I've found some low hanging fruit that I can clean up over the 
next couple of weeks. I downloaded the Bazaar branch for lp:ubuntu-doc 
but there is no "accessibility" folder as I was expecting. It used to 
exist according to emails like this one:

Has it been split into its own branch or is it now in a different 
sub-directory? Thanks!
