I see no 'tabs' which would show releases at 
https://help.ubuntu.com/community. The only thing I see in the upper 
right corner is a list 1-9 (Official Documentation, Getting Started with 
Ubuntu...) I do see a link for Ibex at https://help.ubuntu.com/
