Mostly, the exception that proves the rule are applications in the
- -commercial repository.

The tooltip when you hover over the link just says "apt://packagename"
which is not particularly informative. To make it more obvious what will
happen when the link is clicked perhaps we should always phrase this as:

<ulink url="apt://last-exit">Install <application>Last
Exit</application</ulink> to listen to last.fm radio.

Maybe there's something interesting we can do with ulinks 'type'
attribute too, though it'd probably take a patch to yelps xsl.

Upon clicking the link you get a little dialogue saying "Install Last
Exit?" and an expander to show the packages description.
