I was wondering if someone could tell me if this how to is still current
for 8.04 and going forward to Intrepid. Do we have current how to on the
wiki in regards to this integration of Open Ldap and Samba.

As a end user I would love to have this kind of information in my hands.
As far as the how-to goes It does cover topics such as setting up Open
LDAP and SAMBA as a PDC which the server guide covers quite adequately.
The only extra information that the server guide does not cover is how to
get Samba talking/authenticating to the Open LDAP server.

This comes to a conundrum of should we include such particular information
in the server guide or maybe have a advanced section with particular
advanced information/how to. Maybe a integration section towards the end
of the document or is this kind of information should be separated from
the guide it self into a official how-to document?

Just some idea's to be thrown around. Be nice to have this information
officially documented somewhere and may even prompt some small-medium
organisations / individuals to make the switch from Windows Small Business
Server. Any feedback from the list would be greatly received. Ideas -
Criticism - Feedback etc etc.

Anyhow hope this stream of consciousness is useful!!!
