[Mentoring] Documentation for Empathy

Hi guys,

Would any of the mentoring students be interested in helping to write
some documentation for the Empathy [1] instant messaging client? This
work would be carried out with upstream (GNOME), so you'd be following
the GNOME Style Guide [2] rather than our own.
