doc history restored

Hi All,

I apologize for allowing Bazaar to show changes as reverted as part of a
commit I made last night.  Fortunately, with the skillful help of some folks
on #bzr, I was able to restore the doc history.  My apologies for the error.

I've bound my branch so this problem won't occur again.  More information on
binding branches is included below, and I highly encourage all to review the
page [1].  A link to that page is also included as part of the docteam
"repository" wiki page [2].  Thanks.
