Can we also make a script to remove the following line from pages inside 
a table of contents:
'''Contents'''<<BR>>
Ex: search for
'''Contents'''<<BR>><<TableOfContents>>
and replace with just
<<TableOfContents>>

Some of us have already started this fix manually, but we are bound to 
miss a lot, and it will take forever.  Thank you again for keeping us 
updated.
