Joining the Ubuntu Documentation team

Hi there,
My name is Alex Graves, and I'm a Software Engineering student from New 
Zealand using Ubuntu Desktop (and have an Ubuntu Server that is sitting 
in the corner gathering dust), and I'm interested in joining the Ubuntu 
Documentation team. I'm interested in particular in writing 
documentation for the Desktop edition of Ubuntu, and am quite happy to 
run VMs of X/Kubuntu if need be.
