Troubleshooting Guide

Hi all,

I've created a blueprint [1] related to the Troubleshooting docs that are
being planned out.  I'm creating this thread in order to generate some
discussion on how to implement this guide.  You can have a look at the
blueprint for some more information on the job at hand.  What are peoples
thoughts on the current plans?

Phil has also put together some commonly asked questions from the forums
