Taking a look at the page tonight I can't imagine how I missed seeing it
in CategoryCategory the other night. It was late so ii probably just
hand jammed CategoryExpansion instead of CategoryNeedsExpansion! But
regardless I think the banners Phil proposed in his email
( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Philbull/Test ) are a great idea and will be
handy for rapid identification of pages in need of help.
