There is no official documentation for Installing Ubuntu

Hi all,

I just discovered that there is no official guide on how to install Ubuntu,
or at least one labeled under that.  The Switching from Windows guide does
provide in depth information on this, but I believe this information should
be integrated into a new section that is easily findable by beginners.  What
are your thoughts?
