Can not login to help.ubuntu.com

I have a launchpad account, and it looks like that should allow me to 
login to help.ubuntu.com, but it doesn't work--presumably due to a bug 
in the wiki. When I go here:

I'm redirected here: https://login.launchpad.net/+openid

That page shows me my e-mail address; I type in my password and click 
"Continue," and I get a long wait followed by an error page that I've 
stored here:
