[Thomas Roten]

My name is Thomas Roten and I've been reading up on the Documentation
Team lately.  I've become interested in getting involved with the
Ubuntu Community, particularly the Documentation side of things.

I've been using Ubuntu for two years now.  I use Ubuntu 8.04 on my laptop, 8.04
Server Edition, and I just installed the 8.10 Alpha 1 on my testing
machine.  I hope to begin testing 8.10 soon.

I would like to get involved with technical reviewing and integrating
material from the forum into the wiki.  But I'm happy to help with
anything at all, just let me know.  I am about to apply for the Ubuntu
Documentation Students team on Launchpad, and I would love to join the
mentoring programme.
