Table Of Contents after MoinMoin upgrade

The upgrade of help.ubuntu.com seems to brought about some changes. 

Has anyone got an idea how to make the Table Of Contents display
correctly when you are using the modern scheme (it is a choice for
viewing the wiki)?

What do I do with the #title line in wiki pages? It doesn't always
work, although sometimes moving it to the first line of the page works.

These things exist now and will also be a problem when the developers
wiki is upgraded.
