Thoughts on Kubuntu documentation

Ok been working some today on Kubuntu documentation and have some thoughts.

1.  Create all the documents in kubuntu-hardy\kubuntu to kubuntu-kde4\ as we
will be shipping both kde4 docs and kde3 docs.
2.  Make sure we update both kubuntu-hardy\kubuntu and kubuntu\kubuntu-kde4\
for Hardy and create the correct packages.
3.  On the website make sure we have it setup for KDE3 and KDE4 documents as
people will want to refer to both

One of the things we need to make sure is to update the documents in
kubuntu-hardy we use the correct new terms... .Such as "Application
Launcher" instead of K Menu, etc.

So Rich and I will need some help as we will be doing almost double duty
this time :)
