Creating a Documentors team on LP

Yes, I've been wanting to create this for a while.

I think that name is a bit confusing - it sounds like it includes all
those writing documentation. Also, "mentors" describes those people
doing the mentoring, not the "students". How about
"ubuntu-documentees"?

Otherwise, we could use words like "student" or "pupil".
