Sound recorder help

The help given for "Record sounds and music", under "Music, video and
photos / Music and audio / Other audio-related tasks" seems to be
slightly lacking in that it mentions starting the sound recorder via
various keystrokes.

It doesn't mention, however, that the same application can be accessed
from the Applications / Sound & Video menu.

I've attached a couple of small patches to address this slight issue.
