Ripping audio CD instructions (minor error)

In "Music and audio", under "Ripping audio CDs", the following direction
is given: "To start Sound Juicer manually, choose Applications->Sound &
Video->Sound Juicer CD Extractor."

However, the Applications menu in Hardy actually reads:
"Applications->Sound & Video->Audio CD Extractor".

I've attached a patch which adjusts the help to match the menu.
