new directory for pot templates

Hi,

At the request of the rosetta developers, I've moved the pot files in
the ubuntu-hardy branch from document/document.pot to
document/po/document.pot

It helps Rosetta to have the pot template in the same place as the po files.

Can someone do the same with kubuntu/xubuntu/edubuntu? If any help is
needed please let me know.
