Want to help with documentation

Hi,

I've been using Ubuntu for quite some time now, and finally decided that
I'd like to participate in producing documentation.

However, I'm not entirely sure how to proceed from here. :-)

BTW In the Help program, there is a section called "Advanced Topics /
Writing Your Own Programs" which seems somewhat redundant given that
there is a section called "Programming" on the main screen.
