tech review bugs

Hi Jonathon,

 

Yes Phil was, however I've taken on some of the reviewers.

 

I've not committed any patches yet as there are several to review and most
are being submitted by the same reviewers (hence the same changes being
made) so am doing as batches. I've assigned the bugs reported, mainly by
Vignesh and Nick (CloudFX) to myself, to keep it separated.

For the tech review bugs is someone actively committing the .diffs to the
documentation and uploading?  I may have missed something here in the list,
but how again are these working?
