please recommend an editor for docbook

It all depends on personal preference, I run KDE as my desktop and enjoy
Kate.  When I'm editing from the shell I use nano.  It really becomes a
personal preference.

There was a wiki page someplace with tools one could use, I just can't
remember it off the top of my head.
