Status of Kubuntu, Edubuntu and Xubuntu docs

I believe the Edubuntu docs are ready for translation:

It looks like I have a few kinks to work out so the templates might
get some minor modifications but it should be good to go.

Should I announce this somewhere other than ubuntu-doc?
