It is more appropriate to include these instructions soon after we
talk about php5-cli and before we talk about db modules php5-mysql and
php5-pgsql. I committed this with this tweak and more tweak to the
language in r4354.

We should fix the package name in 'apt-get' command as well! I
committed this patch with this tweak in r4355.

Yeah, in future it would be awesome if you can have these kind of
patch in separate thread, so we'll sure it is not missed.
