PHP5 guide

Bhuvaneswaran,

Keeping the guide simple and only having instructions for one way makes
sense to me.  My thoughts when creating the large patch were to cover the
different ways to use PHP at least a little.  I may have got a little
carried away though...heh

Here's a patch for instructions on installing php5-cgi and why you may want
to.  Let me know if the language, or anything doesn't make sense.

Also, I've attached another patch for mail.xml.  I was working through the
guide and noticed that the libsasl2 package name has changed for Gutsy, so
that one is a very minor change.  This is kind of another subject so if you
want me to send that diff file in another message just let me know.
