Do you have a current copy of the DocTeam SVN? If so, untar Dougie's
diff, open a Terminal, cd to the ubuntu/internet/C/ directory and type:

patch -p0 < /path/to/patch.diff

Then, type:

yelp path/to/internet/C/internet.xml
