Infrared

Thank you Matthew, I suspect that's just what I was looking for. Is it
possible to have that article 'tagged' with infrared also? Irda really
didn't come to my mind.

I've just got to the part where I need to reboot (I need to check if my
infrared is enabled in BIOS), but I'll hold off a bit on that right now, as
I've just modified my grub earlier to that, and am awaiting confirmation
that I did it right before I reboot.

Phil : IR is still a possible way to connect with PDA's. While most come
with a dock/usb cable, if you lose one of those/don't get one, IR is the
only way. But the real reason today was, well, a really boring 3 hour class.
I didn't get a wireless card yet, and wanted to share some info from my
laptop to a friends, so IR was pretty much the only way. So yep, the PC to
PC thing.

Thank you for your replies.
