I have two basic ideas about using PPA for the doc team. They
basically revolve around getting our stuff out to testers.

1) we can do more often uploads than we do to the Ubuntu archives.
roughly daily or weekly if we want. This allows people to see the
changes in the help system itself rather than just on doc.ubuntu.com.
Individual people/groups (like xubuntu or kubuntu) can also upload
changes specific to them.

2) we can backport the current WIP documentation to the current stable
release so people can test/proofread the docs without having to
install the development release. This makes it a lot easier for
people.

Another possibility I guess would be if we want to test newer versions
of yelp or something like that.

We just gotta be careful with the versions, and I'd say we should
limit it to people who have commit access to the repo.

As a side note, Scott Balneaves is using his PPA for edubuntu-docs [1]
