Documentation Team Monthly reports

Hi,

We should join in with those teams producing monthly reports. We've
got lots of cool news to share with the rest of the community, so I'd
appreciate it if people could make a conscious effort to update the
relevant monthly report page whenever they think it's appropriate.

Although the documentation for Team Reports suggests to create a
separate page within the team namespace for each team to work on and
then copy this to the relevant monthly report page, I think that it
will be lower maintenance for us simply to work directly on the report
page for the relevant month.

For the first month, I think it would be cool to highlight some of the
important work that we've done in the Gutsy release cycle, so I've
added them to this page:

Please add anything which I've forgotten about - my memory is bad,
especially in the morning. Then we can continue doing this on a month
by month basis.
