If you're interested in Ubuntu Server, you should check the ServerTeam
Roadmap, in the Documentor section:

We plan to review and improve the Server Guide for the next release.
Adam Sommer and Paul Schulz have already done a great job at this. You
may wanna contact them if you're interested in improving the documentation
for Ubuntu Server.
