I don't - we'll need to talk to upstream about that. Last time I
checked, the Category system (which uses plain text searches across
the wiki) was the best way of doing this in Moin. I don't think it
will be too difficult to apply the category system to implement a
tagging system for our purposes.

Again, Moin does this for categories; so we'd have to look at the code
to see if it's possible to copy the functionality for our purposes...
I suspect it would be pretty easy.

Bear in mind our software on the wiki is really old (Moin version
1.3.x) and new Moin (1.5.x) is likely to have more features that we
can use.
