Request for proofreading of release announcement mail

Some editorial feedback:
* I think the "Ubuntu is..." paragraph has a few too many clauses in it.
I've split it into two sentences, and moved the support info into a
separate paragraph (fixed)
* The URLs for the release notes and tour should be indented like the others (fixed)
* "Helping Shape Ubuntu" should specifically mention the upcoming developer
summit and link to the information page (fixed)
* It should explain that the release notes will contain important
information, including caveats and workarounds for known issues (fixed)
