[patch] Update to Mediawiki section.

Hey all,

Here's a diff file with updated instructions for generic/server/C/wikis.xml
Mediawiki section.  I know it's too late for Gutsy, and the steps will most
likely need to be updated for Hardy.  Any feed back is welcome.
