I agree Phil's front page is much nicer.

However, changing the wiki address is something that requires considerable
thinking, a persuasive specification and detailed consultation with the
development team and Community Council. We can't just move it like that.
It's best to add your thoughts to the appropriate comments section or
subpage of the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ImprovingWebsiteStructure
specification.
