Looks great. If the main confusion is between what is currently called
wiki.ubuntu.com vs. help.ubuntu.com, it would be good to clear this up in
the first line or two.

I really like the emphasis on the teams in the mock up. I'm not sure if it
would be better to group the teams, like you have or just make an
alphabetical list. Maybe both. or at least alphabetical within each group.
I'm thinking a 4 column table with team name, team badge, description and
leaders name.
