improving online documentation

Hi all,
        Having http:/teams.ubuntu.com is a great idea IMO. For this would
tell people for sure where not to go to write documentation. Btw can
somebody see this page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/metalink . Its a page made by
me (dryly) see how the code leaks from the page borders . Is it a moinmoin
issue or what? Can something be done to improve upon it or no? Please lemme
know as I hate putting ugly pages to view. Thank you all for your time.
