There is no strict policy on who can edit what, that would kinda be
un-wiki-ish. But here on ubuntu-docs we like people to follow the guides
listed from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiGuide

That said there are a thing or two in those guides that I wouldn't mind
giving some fine tuning...

(PS: If you want to do anything more major it's probably an idea to do
it to a copy at first, people need to use the page even while you're
editing it.)
