Improving the Internet docs

It's definitely the latter! Regarding the number of topics on the front
page, what do you think about removing 'Advanced Topics' and having a
new 'More topics...' link? This would give us a 'miscellaneous' section
which, while not ideal, would at least allow the other documentation to
be linked to.

I'll contact Matthew Garrett and see what he thinks. If it comes down to
it, we can always just ship the modem-specific docs hidden away
somewhere. It wouldn't be pretty, but it would be better than nothing :(
