Nope - Yelp generates its own table of contents as a homepage which is
contained in the yelp package. We have customised it to include various
Ubuntu documents.

ubuntu/desktopguide/C/desktopguide.xml is deprecated for us since Edgy,
when we dropped the desktop guide.
