The TOC for Server Guide

Hi folks,
I'm not sure if this discussion has been had before in this context, but
what about a section on Ubuntu LTSP in the server guide? I know a
section on LTSP goes in the edubuntu docsumentation but LTSP is not
limited to Edubuntu.

Additionally, would there be value in having a section in Package
Management on setting up a package server? Seems to be a reasonably
popular thing to do for intranets.
