Start and End Slides, Take 1

Please find below some links to my first attempt at some slides for the
start and end sequence. Some things to note:

- I've aimed at a simple and clean look with large font size for
readability.

- Please view both sets as a slide show, since there are auto-timed
transitions.

- For the time being and as placeholders, I've included our anticipated home
at screencasts.ubuntu.com and a default copyright and creative commons set
to the Screencasting Team. These can obviously be changed if/as needed.
