Switching From Windows Guide

Hi Henrik,

As discussed on irc, we'd love it if you were able to fit our Switching
from Windows guide into the WinFOSS section of the Live CD. I'll tarred
up the latest version so that you can get a feel for it (there will no
doubt be updates during the next couple of months).
