2. Partially disagreed.

"Administrating" does sound wrong, but "Administering" doesn't seem
like an improvement.
"Administration of your System" is probably correct, but:

The other top-level headings are things like "Office," "Internet,"
"Common Tasks." Not sentence fragments.  Shouldn't this one confirm to
that, and just simply read "Administration"?
