Looks great to me, good work! A couple of suggestions:

* You could make all the subsections of chapter 3 into top level
chapters.
* 3.5 Network Applications isn't very clear. I suggest you move some of
them into "Network Configuration" and others into "File Server".
* Have "Web applications" after "Web servers"
