Edubuntu Handbook update

Hi folks,
After some suggestions from various people I worked a bit on the
introduction.xml file to make it more readable and to incorporate notes
from the other wiki versions. (patch attached)

I would have like the chance to get stuck into the meat of things but
alas time has run away with it and I can only get back to the doc end of
March.
