error in IVTV documentation

In the documentation for IVTV installation on edgy 6.10 (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Install_IVTV_Edgy), there's a
need for "sudo" in the command that checks IVTV initialization under "Troubleshooting" .

Check IVTV is initialized

Run:

      dmesg |grep Initialized




******should be******




Check IVTV is initialized

Run:

      sudo dmesg |grep Initialized
