Xubuntu getting started guide - Now missing "Burn a CD" section

The "Burn a CD" section of the Xubuntu getting-started guide is
present<https://help.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/desktopguide/C/burn-cd.html>in
the online version of Xubuntu docs, but is not present in the current
source files from subversion.  Was it removed for a particular reason?  The
Xfce burning app, Xfburn, is still installed as part of the xubuntu-desktop
package.
