server guide standalone package

Hi all,

I discussed with Fabio today the possibility of including the Server
Guide as a standalone package building from the ubuntu-docs source
package, and seeding it in the server install. He was happy with the
idea, so now we need to go and make such a package. If anyone knows how
to do this, or an easy guide, please post here!!

It shouldn't be too hard, we have the html building already in
ubuntu/Makefile and all that needs to be done is to call that make
target and copy the html into a suitable directory.

I think the name of the package should be ubuntu-serverguide.
